This half-hour case-study course spotlights Dublin, Ohio, USA. When this small city began developing a public-private, dark-fiber network, it turned out to be the first in a series of innovations that let Dublin grow its working population to twice its residential one and become a leader in regional, tech-based economic development.  The course provides a tutorial explaining the evolution of Dublin’s Intelligent Community strategy, followed by in-depth interviews with the leaders who guided it.  Free to ICF members with member code.
